Metal ceilings

B0 and B15 slatted ceiling

The slatted ceiling has been designed for use in rooms where easy access to the space between the ceiling and the steel deck or ceiling is required.

Mineral wool insulation in base strips and masking strips, as well as the position of additional insulation ensures ceiling construction to meet different fire protection classes.
Ceiling elements enable the creation of a variety of architectural layouts, as well as connecting with a coffered ceiling manufactured by us.

B0 and B15 ceiling panel

The ceiling panel has been designed for use in ship’s rooms, with the possibility of using structures in the installation of ceilings in industrial facilities.
The insulation of non-flammable mineral wool of appropriate density, with the possibility of placing an additional insulating layer in the ceiling construction, ensures that this construction meets different fire protection classes.
The basic advantages of the structure are the flat surface of the visible ceiling plane and the simplicity of assembly.

Bo Coffered ceiling

The coffered ceiling has been designed for use in rooms where easy access to the space between the ceiling and the steel deck or ceiling is required. The use of mineral wool of various density in cofferdams and additional insulation of load-bearing beams provides ceiling construction to meet different fire protection classes. Ceiling elements enable creation of various architectural layouts as well as joining with a slatted ceiling manufactured by us.

B15 Self-supporting ceiling

The self-supporting ceiling has been designed for use in ship’s rooms, with the possibility of using structures in the building of ceilings in industrial facilities. The insulation of non-flammable mineral wool of appropriate density ensures that this construction meets the fire protection class B15 / A30.
The basic advantages of the structure are the flat surface of the visible ceiling plane and the simplicity of assembly, but above all its self-supporting structure (for the length of the strips up to 3000 mm).

The ceiling also includes a B15 class skirting with a cavity designed for lighting installation.

Fire resistance

The basic materials used for the production of ceilings are classified as non-flammable, while the finishing materials used as external claddings fulfill the properties of slow flame spread (WRP).
All materials used in constructions are also non-toxic.
Ceiling constructions presented here have passed international standard fire tests for class B in the “DANTEST” laboratory in Copenhagen, the BRANDVERSUCHSHAUS laboratory in Hamburg and in national laboratories, meeting the relevant requirements of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea SOLAS-1974 with amendments.
On this basis, certificates for classes B0, B15 / A30 and B15 / A60 issued by the Administrative authorities and Classification Societies of various countries were obtained.
